On Saturday, we awoke to a steady rain. This is the kind of thing that North India needs for a good harvest in the next few months. And so it rained all day.
"Waterlogging" (The Indian word for street flooding due to poor drainage) was rampant throughout the city. When it got waist deep in some of the shopping areas, most people decided to stay home. As did we. Had a good day inside with family.
