A Confluence of Holiness... in the good ol US of A

I am sometimes amused and interested in India, when multiple religions Festivals all fall very close to each other.

And now is it happening right here in America.

Thursday is Thanksgiving, one of my favorite Festivals, then Friday will be Eid, and Somalis and other Muslim neighbors will be having a huge festival. Friday is also the first Hmong New Years festival (they are blessed with two New Year festivals, for reasons that escape me). So all the SouthEast Asian Buddhists will be celebrating also.

I will be eating Turkey this year instead of goat meat, or instead of Pig entrails. Suits me fine.
