Is this a locally published paper?
It is! My wonderful Times of India. The comics are six months old, and the spelling/grammar mistakes are timeless. The International section gives a complete rundown on all the Western actresses. And the sports page is replete with cricket (on cricket days), and chess, water ballet, middle school hockey and a motley assortment of other random sports when cricket is not being played.
